Business Analysis & Workflow Mapping

◦ Provide business analysis support, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution scoping.
◦ Partner with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve workflows using technology.
◦ Support the evaluation and prioritization of new tools or system changes based on business value.
Change Management & Adoption Support

◦ Support the rollout and adoption of new systems and tools across departments.
◦ Coordinate training schedules, feedback loops, and documentation to support user success.
◦ Track usage and surface adoption risks early, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

◦ A bachelor's degree in fields like Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
◦ 3+ years of experience in a project management, technology program coordination, executive support, or business operations role.
◦ Familiarity with business analysis, process mapping, or project management best practices.
◦ Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
