Primary Care Physician- Union Grove CBOC Ambulatory Clinics

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Family Medicine Physician at the Northeast Wisconsin Ambulatory Clinic locations; locations: Appleton CBOC, 10 Tri-Park Way, Appleton, WI 54914; Cleveland CBOC, 1205 North Avenue, Cleveland, WI 53015; and the Green Bay Health Care Center (HCC), 2851 University Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54311.

 

Position Details:

• Provide history, physical examination, diagnosis, and initiation of medical treatment. Initiate and facilitate treatment and transfer in emergency situations.
• Follow-up office visits for existing medical problems with appropriate diagnostic tests and medication adjustments.
• Referral of patients as needed to appropriate VA specialists/services or other appropriate health care services.
• Document assessments and plan of care for each patient in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Act as a consultant in clinical practice.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Collaborate and act as a patient advocate.
• Maintain knowledge of new and current clinical methods.
• Physician shall be available to accept patient results to be communicated via phone after hours by the lab.
• Approximetely 10 patients each 8 hour shift.
• One year task order.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Board Certification in Intneral Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active license from any state
• 2-years of experience 
• DEA registration & BLS certification  
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
