Who we are looking for

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Solution Program Lead, Vice President to play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of programs that support critical initiatives and operational efficiency. This role involves creating solution frameworks and overseeing complex implementations. The VP Solution Program Lead will be responsible for working across teams to drive impactful solutions, focusing on process optimization, resource allocation, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

What you will be responsible for

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of major solution programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, including objectives, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, or increased efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, addressing operational and resource requirements.

• Facilitate solution testing and validation to ensure program goals are met and address any issues that arise during implementation.

• Monitor program performance and outcomes, using data to evaluate success and identify areas for refinement.
