About the role

Job Description Summary

Own the quality standard that makes flight possible. As the Senior Site Quality Manager, you will lead production quality for a manufacturing site where safety, compliance, and flawless execution are non-negotiable - while also supporting prototype development and advanced materials manufacturing that shape what’s next in aerospace. You’ll partner with manufacturing, engineering, and site leadership to ensure products and processes perform to the highest requirements, from early builds to stable production.
In this role, you are the site quality leader with direct reports and broad influence across the shop. You will set priorities, build a strong quality culture of compliance, and drive the site’s quality strategy to ensure manufacturing processes are capable, qualified, and ready to scale. You’ll bring deep expertise in quality systems (AS9100/ISO), audits, and quality tools to strengthen process control, reduce risk and ensure first-time quality across both production and development work.
You’ll be a hands-on problem solver and coach - leading data-driven investigations, driving robust root cause and corrective actions, and maturing the quality framework that enables fast learning during prototype builds without compromising rigor. By owning quality KPIs and leading continuous improvement efforts, you will improve delivered quality, shorten learning cycles, and help transition advanced materials and prototypes into reliable, repeatable manufacturing.
