Senior Broadcasting Specialist (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Senior Broadcasting Specialist, you will serve as an expert in designing and optimising the production infrastructure supporting broadcasting and video production for internal and external communications, presentations, and cross-functional broadcasting supported products & campaigns. Working collaboratively within a global team, you will operate in a high-pressure environment to ensure the seamless execution of broadcasting projects. Your role will involve managing and giving direction to the technical team and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to support broadcasting & video production initiatives.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Direct, manage and arrange the pre-production/production of multi camera live streams. Setting up and testing equipment. Coordinate and arrange with stakeholders, crew and talent. Execute highly focused internal and external multi camera events.

• Direct, manage and arrange the pre-production/production of recorded video content. Coordinate and arrange with stakeholders, crew and talent. Guide stakeholders through the editing process to deliver exceptional content. 

• Develop and maintain the documentation of broadcasting solutions for stakeholders. 

• Working collaboratively with other teams on live and recorded video productions.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a technical director or show director on multi camera productions. 

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a videographer shooting and editing corporate or brand content. Highly skilled editor using DaVinci Resolve. Skilled at colour correcting and grading: log and raw footage.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Able to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with multiple internal and external partners. 

• Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

• Remain calm in stressful situations.

• Proficient in English and German.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics using DaVinci Fusion or Adobe’s After Effects.

• Some knowledge or skills of Unreal Engine or Blender would be an asset.
