About the role

Creating passion: your responsibilities

  • Handling and support of pre- and in-service maintenance in the aviation and rail sectors
  • Collaboration in the analysis of maintenance equipment, carrying out root cause analyses and initiating improvement measures
  • Processing and coordinating technical customer enquiries
  • Evaluation of fault analyses from workshop findings, decisions on possible maintenance measures
  • Analyzing and interpreting error logs
  • Order monitoring and coordination of employees in the repair process area
  • Preparation of cost estimates and validation of diagnostic reports
  • Analyzing the use of devices in the field and creating forecasts
  • Material requirements and resource planning for future repair orders
  • Initiation of necessary improvement measures in coordination with the maintenance manager
  • Checking and implementing service documentation in the repair shop
  • Expansion of the repair capability list

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable course of study
  • Experience in technical customer service or comparable areas desirable
  • Experience in the field of electronic components in aviation is an advantage
  • Experience in electronics troubleshooting and measurement technology desirable
  • Experience with the customer service software eLIROM an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and commitment
  • Quick comprehension
  • Confident handling of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of lean methods
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
