Job Summary:
Our client Service Manager plays a key role in understanding client goals and contributes to the delivery of personalized, comprehensive financial solutions. As a primary point of contact, you will ensure that our practice delivers client service, supports our Advisor's success, and nurtures meaningful, lasting relationships with our clients – relationships that are the foundation of our business. You will report to the Director of Client Service.

What You'll Do:
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary contact for client service needs, delivering prompt, personalized support by phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing thoughtful, proactive service
• Respond quickly to custodian alerts and client inquiries
Operational Support
• Process account transactions, coordinate maintenance requests, and manage client cash flow needs with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting all service activity to ensure data integrity and continuity of care
• Prepare for client meetings by scheduling, gathering relevant data, and ensuring materials are complete and accurate
Team Collaboration
• Partner with advisors and internal teams to ensure alignment between each client's financial plan and its implementation
• Support team plans and ad hoc projects that enhance our client experience and operational efficiency
• Build relationships with external partners such as attorneys and CPAs to support client needs holistically
Compliance & Quality
• Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with practice policies and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
What You'll Bring:
• A client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering client service
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Salesforce, eMoney, Black Diamond, Excel) preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a client service or financial services role
