Summary: 

We seek a talented and experienced Business Analyst  to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide valuable insights and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across our B2B SaaS organization. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our revenue tech stack, BI processes, and data infrastructure.

 

What You Will Do:  

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, recurring business reports, and visualizations to enable stakeholders to access and analyze key performance metrics.
• Generate strategic-level reports for annual operational planning and goal setting, including metrics such as Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM), Total Addressable Market (TAM), performance by territory/role, product sales, and marketing trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify data sources, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Influence and advance the maturity of our revenue tech stack, BI processes, and data infrastructure to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Define and establish standard key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting across various business functions, aligning with our B2B SaaS business model.
• Utilize your highly proficient Python abilities to conduct data extraction, transformation, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Leverage your extensive Salesforce reporting experience to extract meaningful insights from our CRM platform.
• Utilize data analytics platforms, preferably Mode Analytics, for in-depth analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Support potential company acquisitions by quickly familiarizing yourself with new datasets and translating them into Securly's standard KPIs for reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques related to business intelligence and data analytics.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or similar).
• Proven experience of 3+ years in a similar role, working in high-growth environments with revenue well over $50 million.
• Highly proficient in Excel and SQL with experience in data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce reporting understanding the platform's data structure and capabilities.
• Experience with Python is beneficial 
• Significant experience with data analytics platforms, preferably Mode Analytics, for data visualization and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of best practices for modeling, warehousing, and visualization.
