Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership and Vision:

  • As a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team, lead all Finance and Accounting activities, infusing creativity and strategic insight into every decision.

  • Actively participate in and manage monthly management meetings and quarterly all-hands, nurturing a culture of collaboration and shared success.

• Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee financial assets including the cap table, stock options pool, grants, and enterprise valuations, ensuring optimal financial health and compliance.

  • Craft and deliver dynamic monthly and ad-hoc financial reports to the Board of Directors and department managers, transforming data into informative and inspiring narratives.

• Governance and Compliance:

  • Champion corporate governance, maintaining the highest standards that reflect our commitment to excellence and ethical leadership.

  • Ensure adherence to GAAP accounting and audit requirements, complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

• Strategic Growth and M&A Involvement:

  • Play a key role in evaluating and supporting M&A opportunities, leveraging financial expertise to drive successful outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Department Heads on growth initiatives, bringing financial modeling, ROI calculations, and metrics impact to the forefront.

• Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial model including projections, cash flow forecasting, and detailed analyses for strategic decision-making.

  • Manage credit facilities focusing on compliance, reporting, and forecasting to support financial stability and growth.
