The world's top <strong>sports betting</strong> brands choose OpenBet as their partner for world class content, <strong>leading tech,</strong> and tailored services.  We have their back, so, they are ready with exciting, memorable, and safe sports betting experiences, to entertain millions of players worldwide.</p><p>Being a part of the<strong> UX Team</strong> you will be a key player within the <strong>Product Division (Sportsbook + Platforms)</strong> to help strengthen and build the team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The Goal</strong></p><p>You will be working in a fast-paced environment, developing and implementing solutions for industry-leading operators alongside UX team members, contributing to the development of OpenBet’s omnichannel product suite including Digital (Web, Native), Retail and Managed Trading Services (MTS Backoffices).</p><p><strong>The Player</strong></p><p><strong>What You will be Doing</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Senior UI/UX Designer </strong>you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of <strong>UX deliverables for OpenBet's B2B products</strong> including new features as well as ongoing improvements, working closely with Product Owners, Developers and QA to ensure great design quality.</p><ul><li>Defining the UX for OpenBet’s Products based on working with UCD methodology</li><li>Conducting competitive analysis/heuristic reviews to feed into recommendations.</li><li>Delivering UX specifications in various formats depending on project needs with a strong emphasis on responsive design.</li><li>High-Level definition of process flows – defining user roles, goals and tasks.</li><li>Hands-on UX Design deliverables, including UI designs, sitemaps, user journeys, scenarios, task flows and wireframe production.</li><li>Produces and maintains prototypes.</li><li>Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.</li><li>Provides input into user research activities.</li><li>Helps evolve guidelines.</li><li>Delivers presentations to Product Managers, Developers and Business Stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions</li></ul><p>Monitors and shares knowledge on emerging technologies, trends within UX, and the gambling industry</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Key Success Factors</strong></p><ul><li>A Technical background – BSc or equivalent in Design or a couple of years of e-commerce/online experience in an alternative role</li><li>Demonstrable experience with Wireframing + Design (Sketch) and Prototyping</li><li>Being passionate about great User Experiences and proactive in identifying product needs</li><li>Ability to create documentation that clearly communicates all elements, states, and views of the interface</li><li>Experienced in responsive (cross-channel) design needs</li><li>Experience with Design Systems</li><li>Understanding and implementing web standards and best practices</li><li>An understanding of web and mobile technologies</li></ul><p><strong>The Nice to Haves</strong></p><p>Sports betting knowledge, industry experience</p><ul><li>Experience with usability testing</li><li>Frontend frameworks and CSS experience</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What can OpenBet give you:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Flexible working</strong>, this role is open to <strong>hybrid work </strong>with the expectation to be a minimum of 2 days in the office.</li><li>Competitive benefits, including pension plan and private insurance for you and your family members as well as extra leave days for volunteering and other purposes.</li><li>The opportunity to work within a truly international Company, where you can expect the diversity and the opportunities of the world, mixed with a people friendly culture.</li><li>A wide palette of<strong> training opportunities</strong> and internal and external learning sources, from onboarding, to on-the-job training by our subject matter experts.</li><li>As a software house, we have a relaxed but highly professional environment with excellent facilities available, including on-site canteen &amp; gym, showers, video, board and electronic sports games as well as lending library.</li><li>We love to get together and throw a number of group events, to celebrate new comers, enjoy some good meals together and show off our sport talents as part of company tournaments (basketball, table tennis and others!).</li></ul><p>#LI-MK2</p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p>
