The Acute Care and Monitoring OU is committed to excellence in innovation and commercialization to pursue our vision and long-term business growth. The ACM OU R&D organization is refining its product delivery, innovation, and commercialization approach to enable product leadership across all segments of our product portfolio. This will require enhancing our innovation processes, refining our design and delivery approaches to deliver an integrated and comprehensive portfolio that enables product development excellence across ACM.

The Sr. Program Manager will be accountable for programmatic management of several medium to large scale strategic programs across the Acute Care and Monitoring portfolio.  
 
This can include: 
• Development, creation and implementation of global coordinated cross functional project plans for commercialization initiatives across ACM 
• Product level program management, commercial program management, cross product / technical site program management and or external partnerships to deliver a product or service (Commercialization: bringing new products or services to our customers) 
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives 
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring commercialization program goals are reached 
 
Immediate focus for this Program Manager will be on our products in the Perioperative Franchise including BIS, INVOS, McGrath product lines and our latest distribution deal with Retial Medical. 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. 

  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies. 

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and cross functional teams management. 

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. 

  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. 

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. 

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. 

  • Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project’s key stakeholders. 

  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.
