Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a competent Maintenance Supervisor for The Ellington Apartments located at 5315 Gawain Dr, San Antonio, TX 78218.  The Ellington is 170 unit property that we just took over management for in April of 2025. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of apartment maintenance supervisor experience or 2 years as an assistant.

• 170 units
• 2 person maintenance property
• Overtime paid
• Built in 1984

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Property Manager to ensure proper workflow of service requests and make readies. 
• Coordinate make readies with 3rd party company
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
• Maintain property grounds and pool

Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
• An eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must posses proper EPA Certification

Pay starting at $30/hour plus monthly bonuses.
