Digital Marketing Associate

Description

Objective

This position will be responsible for producing high quality assets for digital advertising, social media, PR outreach, and general brewery coverage for assigned Monster Brewing brands. 

Essential Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing: Day-to-day management of social media channels including development of content, scheduling posts & community management.
• Content Creation: Assist in the creation & editing of content for social channels & writing short-form copy.
• Campaign Support: Collaboratively work to support execution of digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising, & influencer/ambassador outreach.
• Project Management: Support planning & execution of projects in a timely manner.
• Data Entry: Record & input of campaign performance and any other relevant metrics.
• Execute deliverables on-time with attention to detail.
• Assist in development in various creative projects.
• Collaborate and communicate with entire marketing team.
• Document partnerships and events.
• Manage digital asset library.

 

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
• Conducts basic competitive research to stay on top of industry trends & best practices.
• Develop & maintain social media calendar.

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•  Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles & social media platforms/best practices.
•  Knowledge of still photography and image retouching/processing (Photoshop + Lightroom).
•  Knowledge of videography and video editing (Premiere + After Effects).
•  Skill in time management.
•  Skill in digital asset management and organization.
•  Skill in effective communication.
•  Ability to strongly collaborator.
•  Ability to demonstrate reliability.
•  Passion for the beverage/beer industry preferred.

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 10 -25 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
