About the role

This is a remote position.

20 hours a week
Flexible during EST business hours (6am-6pm)

Responsibilities:

Build and optimize websites, landing pages, and funnels in Go High Level.

Create and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Set up and customize sales pipelines for efficient lead tracking and conversions.

Integrate third-party tools via Zapier, webhooks, and Go High Level’s API.

Develop and optimize email & SMS marketing campaigns to boost engagement.

Troubleshoot automation, CRM, and integration issues for seamless operations.

Stay updated on new GHL features and best practices to enhance performance.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and prompts accurately
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with or willingness to learn ChatGPT and other AI tools
Adaptability to learn and work with new software and CRM systems
Proven experience using Go High Level for building websites, funnels, and automations.
Strong understanding of CRM management, sales pipelines, and lead tracking.
Experience with workflow automation, including email, SMS, and trigger-based sequences.
Knowledge of third-party integrations (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, Stripe, Google & Facebook Ads).
