The selected candidate will assist Dr. Phan and lab technician in conducting sensory trials for sensory consumer tests.
Responsibilities
Set up sensory booths for testing, sample preparation, clean up after tests, posting flyers for participants recruitment, and other responsibility.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing degree in Food Science or health sciences, approval of Dr. Phan.

Pursuing degree in Food Science or health sciences at Chapman.
