Director Museum and Library Staff

For this position, the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) have been established and should be addressed within the resume application. MTQ 1: Demonstrated experience leading complex library, museum, archival, historical, or knowledge-management organizations, including setting strategic direction, leading subordinate managers, and achieving mission objectives. MTQ 2: Demonstrated experience modernizing library, museum, information, or knowledge-management programs through technology, digitization, improved information access, preservation, and effective resource stewardship. MTQ 3: Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise-level policies, programs, budgets, and resource strategies while managing workforce, financial, technological, and stakeholder relationships in a complex organization.
