As a Lead Analyst, Business Process Automation you’ll be the recognized SME in the job area and have a solid understanding of automation feasibility. You'll also manage large, complex projects / processes with limited oversight from manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead effective, clear and timely communication with analysts/product, engineering and stakeholders
• Recommend improvements to process flow and to-be state with guidance from engineering; execute on approved recommendations. Demonstrate use cases to team
• Proactively develop project plans and timelines and lead orchestration with stakeholders, engineering, product, etc and consistently create and enhance best practices, templates, approaches
• Serve as an example of accountability and extreme ownership by executing with timeliness, quality and best practices; align to RPA Delivery model.
• Follow documentation best practices for storage, sign offs, PHI policies including recordings, and advocate ongoing efforts with team members
• Independently apply a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to assignments involving complex features to examine and identify data patterns and trends to help improve business decision making
• Conduct thorough discoveries and discovery workshops on large, complex projects independently and actively coach and mentor junior members
• Managing large, complex projects / processes with limited oversight from manager. Work crosses into process optimization and workflow redesign.

Employment Qualifications

Ensemble Required License / Certification (Ex: CRCR) ONE CERTIFICATION PER FIELD
