What You'll Do for Us:

  • Manage third-party logistics provider metrics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate on performance of inbound inventory providers to ensure quality, service, efficiency, and delivery to specifications.
  • Review and update warehouse operational processes with a focus on operational accuracy, efficiency, and cost containment.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance and increase the efficiency of logistics operations.
  • Build consensus and drive alignment amongst key stakeholders in support of supply chain and logistics initiatives and programs.
  • Inspect facility to assure adherence to safety and operating policies.
  • Support Inventory Control Functions by ensuring that all activities are performed to meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics provider to evaluate current operating IT, hardware, and network infrastructure and develop recommendations for future enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field Preferred.
  • 5+ years of Warehouse Supervisory/Management experience in a high-volume, complex supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements from action plans derived from robust data analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain financials and supply chain dynamics.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement concepts and principles.

Pay Range:

$109,000 - $129,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
