Brand Manager

What you’ll do

•  Make sure the Vodafone Brand is accurately represented in all communication touchpoints.
•  Make sure the communication strategy is reflected by the campaign proposals and all the communication deliverables.
• Have an advanced understanding of the telecom industry and of Vodafone business segments & offers, bringing relevant input on how to better communicate them and how to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Be aware of the marketing & communication trends, tools and utilize the ones adequate for the Vodafone brand in relevant touchpoints.
• Manage the relationship with the agencies and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of your projects.
• Have high costs control, good negotiation skills and budget accuracy.
• Ensure smooth collaboration within the Marcom team and within the modular teams formed between departments for each type of project, with good stakeholders’ management.
• Have good presentation and argumentation skills.
• Be creative, think outside the box, give clear, structured feedbacks and be able to take quick decisions, in a dynamic work environment.

Who you are

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar Brand position, working with communication strategy & complex ATL campaigns.
• Having worked in an advertising or BTL agency makes a difference, but is not enough.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Team spirit, flexibility, diplomacy, speed, positive energy.
• Extensive experience in working with digital projects and formats.
• Deep understanding of consumer insights & segmentation.
