Maintenance Section Assistant - Liberty Maint.

TxDOT's Beaumont District is looking for a Maintenance Section Assistant to join us in our Liberty Maintenance Section. In this role, you’ll help ensure safe and reliable roadways by assisting the Maintenance Section Supervisor in overseeing crews and contractors within a designated area. You’ll lead Transportation Maintenance Crew Chiefs, technical, and clerical staff, while responding to emergency situations as needed. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to maintain TxDOT’s commitment to safety and service for the traveling public.
