About the role

Oracle is in search of a skilled Program Manager to lead global oversight of our Oracle Health Nursing & Ancillaries product across all of our multi-tenant customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless integration with existing workflows while meeting the specific needs of our multi-tenant customer space. Primary Responsibilities:Orchestrate the global configuration and workflows of the Oracle Health Nursing & Ancillaries Product, aligning it with organizational standards, providing alignments across our multi-tenant customers, and providing education when needed.Undertake ongoing maintenance and support of Oracle Health products, troubleshooting technical issues, applying updates and modifications, and upholding data integrity and security.Provide comprehensive education to customers, conducting client calls when vital, generating user documentation, and offering ongoing support to address inquiries and concerns.Continuously evaluate identify areas for improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and collaboration with Oracle support and/or development teams.Collaborate effectively with various partners, including customers, IP development teams, consulting, support teams and healthcare professionals, demonstrating superb interpersonal skills for gathering requirements and coordinating system changes or updates.Additional Responsibilities:Evaluate system wide change requests that may impact multi-tenant customers.Demonstrate a solid understanding of clinical workflows and keep abreast of industry standards.Apply experience to improve system implementation and troubleshooting processes.

Requirements:
•   Hands-on build and/or consulting experience with Nursing & Ancillaries Products Required (Oracle Health Nursing & Ancillaries Products or former Cerner CareNet INA product preferred)
•   Solid understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
•   Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare informatics, computer science, information systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered
•   Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
•   Knowledge of system functionalities, configuration, and integration with healthcare systems.

Technical Skills: 
•   Proficiency in system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
•   Experience in system integration, data analysis, troubleshooting, and software updates. 
•   Familiarity with SQL databases and scripting languages is helpful.

•   Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance through data analysis, and troubleshoot problems. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
•   Superb communication skills for interaction with various partners. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and work optimally in a team environment.
•   Meticulous attention to detail in configuring and maintaining the Oracle Health products. Ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Nice to have Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Science of Nursing (BSN), Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) or equivalent.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
