Stock Assistant Store Manager 

As the Stock Assistant Store Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You will lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, including the processing of shipment within 24 hours, maintaining an organized stockroom and the flow of merchandise to the floor. As a member of the leadership team, you will assist in creating an inclusive environment, always putting our internal and external customers first. • Contribute to maximizing store sales by managing a well-organized stockroom and aefficiently operated flow of merchandise to the sales floor.  

• Responsible for ensuring that the store’s inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures and by communicating concerns to the Store Manager.  

• Motivate stock associates by providing direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision in stockroom operations.  

• Inspire a consumer centric mindset by modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.
