About the role

Summary:  Carries out the support role for the Credit Risk Review Department in any and all daily activities by performing the following duties. 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Assist the credit risk review job functions for commercial credit relationships of $2,500,000 and greater.
  • Performs and administers the ongoing file maintenance by reviewing and interpreting confidential financial statements, tax returns and supporting schedules to be used for uploading of borrowers and/or guarantors bank-wide based on their existing business loan agreements. 
  • Ensures bank-wide proper tracking of documentation in regard to financial statements and tax returns.
  • Serves as a client relationship representative to Origin customers, both internally and externally.
  • Works nCino reports to ensure accuracy of financial statement tracking.
  • Recommends changes and new procedures to improve efficiency in existing process and procedures.
  • Provides administrative assistance as needed for Credit Risk Review Manager.        
  • Assists Credit Risk Management Department as needed to carry out objectives.
  • Any and all duties that may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience                                                     

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, Accounting or Finance degree preferred; Working knowledge of federal/state laws related to banking/lending practices. 

Computer Skills                                                               

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computer applications such as the Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.  Ability to use bank-specific software such as MPC, IBS, ADP, etc.  Ability to use basic office machines.
