Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our organization and shape our culture as we continue to expand.

• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's growth while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Drive talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and onboard new employees.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching managers on effective feedback techniques.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional development.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, preferably within the technology or software industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically to drive results.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
