We recently closed a €70M Series C round, and are targeting over one million annual transactions across Europe's €450B+ used car market.<a href="https://www.caronsale.com/en/about-us"> CarOnSale</a>.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a driven, analytical intern to join our logistics team. You'll take on real end-to-end project ownership tied to measurable OKRs — not ad-hoc tasks. If you're passionate about process innovation, data, and transport strategy, this role is for you.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Further develop our logistics strategy and ensure its alignment with company goals</li> <li>Create management presentations to communicate logistics performance and strategic initiatives</li> <li>Optimise internal logistics processes through data-based analyses and derivation of improvement measures</li> <li>Develop tools and dashboards for operational control and for the selection of efficient warehousing and transport options</li> <li>Work closely with other departments, handle documentation and reporting, and support the selection and onboarding of new transport service providers</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in Economics, Business, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering</li> <li>C1 level proficiency in both <strong>German and English</strong> (written and spoken)</li> <li><strong>AI-first mindset</strong> — we are an AI-first company and expect all team members to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work. Prior hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar) is a must</li> <li>Structured, analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving</li> <li>Comfortable with data management, dashboard building, and working independently</li> <li>Proactive ownership mentality — you enjoy driving a project from start to finish</li> </ul>
