Charles River Analytics is seeking an Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our small but growing Human Resources Team. This is your opportunity to join a close-nit HR team that is part of a highly innovative and 100% employee-owned company. You will play a role as the “glue” of our recruitment process to keep things moving and stay true to our promise of great candidate experience. This is a hybrid recruiting coordination/recruiter role that will allow you to wear many hats. How you will make a difference:

• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and pre/post-interview debrief meetings across five divisions.
• Upload interview competency assignments to talent scorecards in our applicant tracking system.
• Create great stakeholder relationships (hiring managers, HR, interview teams) and maintain effective communication.
• Following training be able to help manage requisitions from pre-post recruiting strategy to hire.
• Help coordinate and plan summer intern activities and play a lead role in managing our annual intern program.
• Assist in the coordination of scientist candidate seminars.
• Seek feedback from interviewers and ensure all interviewers complete Greenhouse scorecards.
• Coordinate & represent Charles River at career fairs and technical talks.
• Learn how to source candidates through LinkedIn using Boolean and other search methods.
• Learn and leverage our applicant tracking system Greenhouse for scheduling and data collection.
• Provide additional administrative & coordination support to the HR Team as needed.
• Support new hire process and onboarding steps as needed.

We are looking for:

• B.S./B.A. in Human Resources, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in HR through an internship or full-time permanent role. 1+ years of recruiting related experience preferred.  
• Passion for people and an interest in growing into a technical recruiting role.
• Energetic, personable, with an eye on positive candidate experience.
• Great attention to detail and ability to take on independent projects.
• Ability to communicate with prospective and active candidates through email, verbally, and face-to-face.
• Great organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Eagerness to learn and desire to improve processes within HR.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (especially Greenhouse) preferred.
