You Are:
The Cyber Delivery Lead Senior Manager will be responsible for the delivery of applications, cloud migration, and cybersecurity related projects for a large federal agency.

The Work:

• Works across existing operations and development teams to determine alignment of skills and capacity
• Responsible for addressing gaps where needed to ensure on-time delivery
• Responsible to improve achieve program goals by defining, planning, and executing end-to-end project management for key initiatives
  

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree
  • An associate’s degree in a related field may substitute for 2yrs of experience
  • Postgraduate degree from an accredited university may substitute for 6yrs of experience
• 10+ years of work experience
• Experience managing a team
• Experience with either program or project delivery
• Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance

• Advanced Degree
• PMP Certification 
• 15+ years of industry experience
• Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
• Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
• Excellent people management and relationship development skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $141,800 - $269,100
Colorado: $141,800 - $232,600
New York: $131,300    269,100
Washington State: $151,100 - $247,500
