Job Summary

The Loan Officer Inside Sales Associate is responsible for handling inbound mortgage information requests, building rapport with the customer, determining the customer's needs, and quoting fees and interest rates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in determining their eligibility to purchase a home
• Work with our Inside Sales Associate to counsel prospective clients on opportunities to improve their financial situation and enhance their home buying readiness
• Educate clients about the mortgage and home buying process, including the various mortgage programs available
• Update CRM database and communicate with referral partners and transaction stakeholders

Requirements

• Must have NMLS license and a minimum of 2 years client facing mortgage origination or loan officer assistant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of agency (Fannie, Freddie) government (FHA & VA) and DPA as well as non-QM / portfolio mortgage programs
• Experience with POS (Glyde/Blend), LOS (Encompass), and CRM (TE)
• Familiarity with Dialpad phone system is a plus
• Excellent people skills
• Has the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends on a rotating basis
• Required to be in office 2-3 day a week
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
