This individual will play a key role in leading the commercial organization, developing market strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, and cultivating a high-performance team culture to deliver on ambitious growth and financial targets.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you'll do with us:</span></b></p><ul><li>Lead the delivery of EBIT targets by driving sales revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability and cash flow performance.</li><li>Develop and execute country-specific business strategies in collaboration with regional stakeholders to achieve long-term commercial success.</li><li>Build and nurture a high-performing, motivated team by setting clear goals, coaching talent, and promoting succession planning.</li><li>Identify market opportunities, manage key accounts, and implement distribution strategies that adapt to changing industry dynamics.</li><li>Cultivate relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and research institutions to support growth and innovation efforts.</li><li>Ensure all operations align with FMC values, internal policies, and national laws and regulations.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your qualification &amp; attributes: </b></p><ul><li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven leadership experience in a country or general management role, ideally within the crop protection, agriculture, or related industries.</li><li>Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering P&amp;L results and driving profitable growth.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.</li><li>Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with regulatory authorities and industry bodies.</li><li>Fluent in Hungarian and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Are you ready to make an impact?</b></p><p><span>If you are passionate about making a difference and share our values of diversity, collaboration, and quality, we encourage you to submit your application today.
