Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead a variety of product development and business initiatives, playing an integral role in all aspects of the software development life cycle. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within each product line and will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the program, and for program deliverables including schedules, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status.

• Lead projects throughout entire development lifecycle: concept, design, production, testing, and release of projects
• Partner with engineering & business team to define timelines and milestones for technology projects
• Communicate and own project schedule throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage projects efficiently across multiple divisions and time zones
• Drive innovation through contribution and sound judgment within the engineering teams
• Stand at the intersection of the engineering and product teams, and be a true business partner to all organizations
• Facilitating the AGILE process so priorities are met, while focusing, empowering, and coaching your teams to success
• Communicate with fellow project managers, engineering teams, & business partners regarding project risks or changes in scope and timing
• Resolving obstacles through strong internal partnerships, clear plans of action, and creative problem solving

Requirements

• Strong track record of project management success leading engineering teams
• 8 + years of experience working in systems based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) combined with a functional knowledge of development processes
• Hands on experience with Agile, Kanban or Scrum, Waterfall or other web project management methodology
