Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Banking & Finance Department (Debt Capital Markets Team) with the appointment of an Associate based in our Rome or Milan office.

Requirements

- Economics or Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.

- Current license to practice law in Italy.

- At least 4 years of proven experience within the DCM field, gained within a comparable law firm.

- High level of English (Certificate C1). We also rate positively other foreign languages.

- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.

- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.

- Global mindset and enthusiasm.

- You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
