• Organize, manage, and safeguard medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Ensure timely filing, retrieval, and auditing of medical documents

• Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate recordkeeping

• Help maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

• Support smooth admission, discharge, and transfer processes through excellent documentation
