About the team
Our Quality Engineers are well-versed in the various dimensions of the QA process, including manual, automated, accessibility, performance, and compatibility testing. With in-house automation testing training and multiple knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives, our QA experts help create the next generation of software testing professionals.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will

• Create expert test plans and execute them flawlessly to uncover even the most elusive defects
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers, sharing your insights to ensure the quality
• Lead testing efforts across projects, empowering the team with your expertise and helping us conquer tight deadlines
• Dive into the mystical depths of test automation, leaving no stone unturned in your pursuit of efficiency
• Champion the adherence to established standards and guidelines, ensuring that our products shine
• Mentor and inspire other Quality Engineers, nurturing their growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Embrace the role of a storyteller, effectively communicating test results and creating compelling narratives to influence decisions
• Collaborate in design discussions, sprinkling your wisdom and helping shape products that captivate our users

To become our Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll need

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance
• In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies, tools (like Postman, Charles, etc.), and best practices
• Expertise in crafting test strategies and test plans that leave no room for defects to hide
• Proven experience in leading testing efforts, and guiding teams to triumph through challenging timelines
• A playful spirit and the ability to infuse joy into your work, inspiring others with your positive energy
• A growth mindset and a passion for mentoring and elevating others, spreading the magic of knowledge
• A natural curiosity, always seeking to unravel the mysteries of quality assurance and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
