Salary – Clerk Grade 5/6 (starting at $99,938.00pa plus Environmental Allowance superannuation + leave loading)

What you’ll do
As a CMO, you’ll play a vital role in reducing reoffending through tailored case management and evidence-based support.

You will:

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop personalised case plans
  • Use motivational interviewing and strengths-based approaches
  • Coordinate referrals to programs and services that support change
  • Monitor and review progress to ensure outcomes and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support reintegration

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience or qualifications in human services, casework, or offender rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with diverse individuals with complex needs
  • Understanding of behavioural change and risk management approaches
  • A current driver licence and ability to travel throughout NSW
  • Willingness to complete the Certificate IV in Correctional Practice – with fully paid training provided
