Position: Construction Laborer/Turnover Technician

Location: Towne Asset Services - Cincinnati, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4pm

Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

 

Who You Are:

• 1+ year experience in construction or rehab.
• General maintenance knowledge of methods and techniques used in most phases of construction and rehab.
• Excellent communication and a cheerful outlook.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Punctual, professional, and meticulous.
• Able to lift, move, and set up to 50 pounds (including heavy ladder, equipment, and supplies).
• Must be able to perform roof repairs on 2-3 story buildings. 
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van for work use and auto-insurance.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.

What You'll Do as a Construction Laborer/Turnover Technician:

• Work rehab, remodeling, and construction to include: rough/finish carpentry, drywall, painting, window/door installation, light electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc.
• Repair, replace, or adjust fixtures, floors, walls, ceilings, screens, windows, sashes, doors, stairs, cupboards, roofs, fences, wiring, locks, weather stripping, mirrors, brackets, blinds, linoleum, tile, gutters, downspouts, etc.
• Perform work area clean up and safety related duties.
• Complete work within a scheduled time frame while ensuring adherence to relevant codes.
