As a Surgical Tech, CST I at MercyOne, The Surgical Technician functions in the scrub role during intraoperative patient care, doing so as a delegated technical function under the direct supervision of the perioperative Registered Nurse. The provision of care is consistent through adherence to standards and support of the philosophies of Genesis Medical Center.

  

Position Title: Surgical Tech, CST I

Department: OR/Recovery

  

Schedule:  

• Day Shift

• Full Time .8 (32 hours a week)

  

General Requirements:  

• Licensure/Registration: CST-Certified Surgical Technologist within 18 months of hire

• Special Training: Basic Life Support

• No experience required.

  

Education:  

• Associate's degree

• Field Of Study: Surgical Technology

Pay Range: $23.81 - $35.71 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
