Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Establishing a team of SAP experts to drive product realisation
• Developing a working environment that motivates the team and encourages collaboration; facilitating chapter meetings and knowledge sharing
• Establishing, improving and harmonising chapter assets and governance in line with the chapter’s purpose
• Assuming responsibility for hiring new employees and recruiting according to the needs of the product teams and chapter budget
• Leading and fostering personal and subject-oriented growth of chapter members
• Promoting the Agile mindset and acting as an Agile change agent

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Extensive experience with SAP and people management in Agile environments 
• Excellent skills in managing, developing and motivating teams/individuals
• High degree of self-awareness and reflection
• Understanding of Agile leadership principles and experience leading, coaching and mentoring others
• Very good networking, presentation and communication skills as well as fluency in English

 

Desirable extras.

• Knowledge of retail merchandising and pricing topics
• Good understanding of SAP IS Retail standards and processes
