OnTime Healthcare is urgently hiring a Female Filipino Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team providing essential homecare services. As a Registered Nurse in home healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care tailored to the individual needs of patients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within their home environment, including medication administration, monitoring of vital signs, and daily living assistance
• Assess patients' health conditions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on medication management, disease prevention, and self-care practices
• Administer treatments and therapies as dictated by clinical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Adhere to infection control protocols and uphold a safe and welcoming environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care delivery

Requirements

• DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in homecare settings
• Filipino nationality preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Flexible and willing to travel to patients' homes
