The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in leasing or sales transactions in prime retail streets, strong relationships with landlords, operators, and investors, and a proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute leasing and sales transactions for retail assets in prime high street locations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and retail operators.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate consistent revenue through transactions.

• Advise clients on market trends, rents, yields, and investment opportunities.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials to support transactions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams across agency, investment, and advisory divisions.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a High Street agency (leasing or sales) or in a commercial real estate environment.

• Strong knowledge of landlords and retail operators in Milan and other key Italian cities.

• Understanding of the investment market and active investor profiles.

• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with a proven track record.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong analytical and reporting abilities.

• Fluent in English (Italian highly desirable).

• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and a team player with a proactive attitude
