Security is a top priority for Amazon and also for our customers. Would you like to help define how AWS helps our customers within their security journey? We run services that help both our customers within all phases of the security lifecycle.

We are seeking a deeply technical Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and product roadmap for a range of security services. As a Sr. Product Manager – Technical, you will define the vision for how we evolve fundamental user experiences, from our customer’s initial sign-up experience to features that streamline the daily work of our customers’ developers and security teams. You will have end-to-end product responsibility from working with external and internal customers to making roadmap tradeoffs and delivering revolutionary new features and functionality that improve the customer experience. The successful candidate will form a strategy that gets to the core of what customers value, set priorities that move that strategy forward, and influence across teams spanning across AWS Security.

Candidates should enjoy working in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates dive deep into data, have strong writing skills, and can confidently lead teams to alignment in ambiguous problem spaces.

Key job responsibilities
This key individual will drive our strategy, product roadmap for our Empowering the Developer and Infrastructure Management businesses. They will have end-to-end product responsibility from working with key customers to delivering revolutionary new features and functionality. In addition, they will lead launch activities, relentlessly dive deep with customers and AWS teams, author and present data-driven narratives to AWS leadership, and more. They will truly understand what it means to operate, build, and grow a business.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
