Sr IT Operations Lead

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Lead to join our TekSynap Defense team.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in helpdesk or technical support roles.
• Strong background in computer hardware, including mobile devices.
• Understanding of how programs interact with computer hardware.

Certifications

• Certifications CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.

Education

• Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.

Clearance

• Clearance - Secret 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage helpdesk operations to ensure prompt resolution of issues and effective end-user support.

• Monitor system performance and processing activities to maintain reliable service availability.

• Coordinate and track responses to trouble reports and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution.

• Lead and supervise helpdesk personnel, promoting adherence to established service standards.

• Leverage knowledge of software-to-hardware interactions to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: Less than 10%

WAGE INFORMATION 

Target salary range: $80,000 - $110,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.
