Main Accountabilites:

• Develops process execution and quality plan for projects.
• Approves design criteria and methodologies.
• Provides manhour estimates and executes project to these targets.
• Optimizes engineering analysis and solutions produced by Process engineering teams.
• Checks, Approves, and when required executes Process deliverables (Data Sheets, PFD's, P&IDs, Calculations, etc.)
• Ensures and is accountable that good quality, schedule and cost of Process engineering activities within projects occurs.
• Provides weekly and/or monthly status reports to Process & Technology management. Is highly accountable for work performed by themselves and under their supervision. Is proactive in this accountability.
• Liaises with other disciplines, engineering managers, and design teams...including One T.EN Delivery partner offices, at project level.
• Interfaces and manages client relationships for projects under their supervision.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains other engineers at every opportunity...proactively and with consistency to Process & Technology team guidelines, work processes, and procedures.

Role Dimension:

• Management of Process activities for any size project up to and exceeding 70,000 Process manhours.
• Requires high level of Process management and management of all process activities withing one or more projects under their leadership and supervision.
• Oversee Process execution of multiple projects in parallel.
• Particular emphasis on FCC and/or Refining based projects run out of the Houston Operating Center.
• Particular emphasis on T.EN proprietary equipment and design, such as FCC equipment (Reactors / Converters), Ripple Trays, and associated open art Process equipment.
• Oversight of Process execution from proposal stage, early design, integration of outside licensor/designs, through EPC execution.

 

 Requirements & Experiential Learnings:

• University Chemical Engineering degree.
• Fluency in English
• Strong project oversight and leadership skills
• Significant experience (20 years +) of team supervision / coordination...including multiple execution teams simultaneously
