Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our Diagnostic Cardiology Account Managers (DCAMs), Associate DCAMs, and Manufacturer Representative Channel Partners with effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.
 

Your role:

Provide support to the DCS Sales team along with MR’s which include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Improving communication flow within DCS for Sales and the Implementation team
• Sales Process improvements and schedule necessary trainings
• Update and regularly distribute Sales Help Guide
• Distribute several reports to keep the teams updated
• Serve as a liaison between MR Channel Partners and NAM Sales Leader
• Assist with orders and quotes stuck in GBS Panama

You're the right fit if:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations/support or business administration
• You have a bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
• Highly organized and able to identify issues and troubleshoot for resolution in timely manner for customer orders, account status and relevant problems
• Able to work across many facets of the business (sales teams, factory, implementation team, other internal depts)
• Proven work experience to work in fast environment and providing time sensitive information; experience with direct support to a sales team and working knowledge of Daily management and Problem-Solving a plus
• Hands on experience in ERP and CRM systems; strong, communication, and interpersonal skills
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
