Job Description

Spring 2024 Accounting Intern, DreamWorks TV Talent Relations:

  • Applications close: October 13, 2023 at 11:59pm PT
  • Program Dates: January 22, 2024 - March 29, 2024
  • Time Commitment: Part Time (24 hours per week required)
  • Format: Hybrid (In-Person)

Responsibilities: "What would you say you do here?”

  • The Intern will work closely with the DreamWorks TV Talent Relations Contract Administrators to prepare talent contracts, SAG paperwork and residuals reports.
  • Maintain all Legal and Accounting paperwork in conformity with Talent Relations and Legal filing system and naming conventions.
  • Update and maintain payment information in Talent Relations production databases. 

Qualifications

  • Curiosity about the entertainment industry
  • Self-motivated and be great teammates who take initiative. 
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and has the ability to prioritize multiple requests with strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft suite and Google suite 
  • Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date) studying business administration/accounting/finance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to work in Glendale, California
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols

Hourly Rate:  $17.00
