Your team
This role resides in the Investment Products Group, a subset of Advisory and Investment Products within UBS Wealth Management Americas located in Weehawken, New Jersey. You will report to the Lead Program Manager of Mutual Funds.
Your expertise
• Ideally 5+ years experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on investment products and/or program management.
• Deep and comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds and money market funds, including market trends, regulatory landscapes, and investment strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in investment product management, encompassing the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and ongoing management, with a focus on innovation and market differentiation.
• Proven capability in complex contract management, including negotiation, execution, compliance, and optimization of financial and legal agreements.
• Exceptional ability to manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and FAs/clients to drive business growth and foster collaboration.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proven record of thriving in fast-paced environments and navigating complex challenges effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for clearly and persuasively articulating complex financial information and building strong relationships.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; Bachelor’s degree required, with an MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and big data aggregation and analysis
• Familiarity with Morningstar Workstation is a plus

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
