Seasonal Accounting Clerk

Overview

Everline Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team during a busy peak period (3–4 month assignment). This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality accounting within a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and cash handling
• Process invoices, verify coding, and support timely payments
• Reconcile daily revenue reports and assist with month-end close tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, finance, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule & Duration:

• Full-time seasonal role (3–4 months)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
