What You'll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Quality Assurance will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of business and quality control processes within the Communications business unit. This position will work in close collaboration with the Communications Strategy team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and quality standards

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business controls and compliance programs within a business unit; to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Assist in the documentation of control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement in quality processes and systems
  • Assist in conducting internal control reviews and quality checks to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support research and development for controls on various platforms, when necessary
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support analysis on Communication testing
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Support internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards as procedures
  • Identify and escalate findings to leadership with examples and proposed solutions

What you have

Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Understanding of internal business practices
  • Knowledge of internal systems
  • Ability to liaise with other control professionals to assess, document, and test controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve control issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • 3+ years of experience in internal controls, audit, or related field

Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Science)
