ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you get excited about supporting local marketing activations and field initiatives? As a Field Marketing Sr. Coordinator at Maverick Studios, you’ll help localize national campaigns and bring franchisees' visions to life by managing project intake, building timelines, and delivering brand-championing creative.

From franchisee support materials to event collateral and merchandising, you’ll ensure field marketing requests are captured, tracked, and delivered flawlessly. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and the Field Marketing team to keep everything aligned and on schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Field Intake Partner: Review incoming field requests (print and digital requests ranging from coloring sheets to stadium assets) for completeness before building in Workfront.

  • Workfront Builder: Set up field projects, align timelines, and track deliverables to completion.

  • Toolkit Tracker: Maintain and update field marketing toolkits, mapping docs, and franchisee resource logs.

  • Feedback Router: Capture and route feedback from regional partners back to creative teams.

  • Delivery Manager: Upload and deliver final materials to SharePoint, DAM, and field distribution channels.

  • Accuracy Advocate: Ensure toolkit assets are labeled, localized, and finalized correctly for distribution to franchisees and operators.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a marketing, creative operations, or project support role (internship or entry-level agency/in-house experience counts).

  • Tool Readiness: Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheets, SharePoint, or similar systems—or strong eagerness to learn quickly.

  • Organized Mindset: A love of lists, check-ins, and keeping projects neat, tidy, and trackable.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and proactive communicator—especially when timelines shift or info is missing.

  • Detail Obsessed:
