Area Collection & Recovery Manager (Jabodetabek)

• Take charge of implementing strategy and managing collection activities across branches in the specified area.
• Create and oversee collection strategies, and track progress across branches.
• Monitor the collection performance and cost efficiencies of all branches.
• Be accountable for achieving collection targets across branches.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on Collection and Recovery within financial institutions.
• Must exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as strong mathematical abilities. Additionally, proficiency in training is essential.
• Display effective management skills, showcasing the ability to make decisions under challenging circumstances.
• Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
