We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead complex, strategic initiatives within our Professional Services Technology organization. The ideal candidate will drive multi-workstream programs with exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and coordinate complex technology initiatives across multiple workstreams, in particular the Travel for Meetings Technology Transformation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Have oversight of change management efforts across the Professional Services technology investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and successful delivery.
• Effectively manage and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Utilize advanced virtual collaboration tools and techniques to ensure team cohesion and program success.
• Conduct regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of program progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7-10 years of progressive program/technology management experience, with demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives on time, on budget and with expected outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment.
• Strong technical and commercial business proficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural competence.
• Proven track record of influencing and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exhibits courage by taking intelligent risks and encouraging others to do so; empowers innovative approaches by motivating others to be proactive and resourceful.
• Extensive experience in the travel technology industry.
• PMP or similar professional certification.
• Background in enterprise software implementation.
• Flexibility with working different time zones.
• Expertise with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000 to $170,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
